For as long as I can remember, I have always tried to understand what time was.

Did we exist in it, or did it exist in us?

I was equally fascinated with time’s twin –

space.

As a kid, I dreamed of traveling to the vast outer space like astronaut Mae Carol Jemison.
I sketched Saturn in glow-in-the-dark puff paint on my bedroom window.

When I was 9 years old, I discovered The Only Way to Learn Astrology, Volume I. The bright red book was full of words I had not yet learned, glyphs, aspects, and degrees. I was baffled, yet the child-me in me also understood.

I kept that book, taking it to college and taking notes on it to teach myself the meanings.

In 2017, I quit my day job because I knew I wasn’t living the right life. It was in that void that my life as an astrologer was born. I found a mentor. I studied, read, and pored over charts every single day. I have been doing readings since 2019 and never looked back.

From March 2021 to October 2025, I worked at CHANI, Inc., the world’s premier astrology app for self-discovery and healing, founded by Chani Nicholas and Sonya Passi. I cut my teeth as Director of Production and later as Chief of Staff, helping to shape the vision from launches to new products for 4 years. Working at CHANI has been the privilege of a lifetime as an astrologer.

I am also a cohost for the podcast Down to Astro with Chani Nicholas and Eliza Robertson, where we interpret how the astrology plays out in the news.

A reading with me has been described as gentle yet straightforward.
Direct-yet-kind.
There is value in naming the hard thing, if only to have another witness to it.

The hard thing is often the invitation to aha moments about ourselves and our lives.
Then we can appreciate the grace. All of this is shown in the natal promise of a birth chart.

I value testimony over belief.
Believing in astrology isn’t the point; instead, I am always looking for signposts. Technique creates the right environment between me and the client. A watershed moment arises. Then, suddenly, the whole puzzle of your experience makes sense.

I value awe. Making space for the mystery is as important as finding clarity.

I value you and your story. I am curious about people.

I am interested in how the micro informs the macro and vice versa. How do our individual charts situate us in this historical moment?

And speaking of history, I’m really, really into the astrology of the past as noted here and here.

I welcome anyone on the fence about this whole practice, anyone who has had a blasé astrology reading in the past, the astro-curious, the astro-enthusiast, and other astrologers! I welcome all folks, especially anyone who identifies as queer, Black, a feminist, non-binary, and everyone who hates fascism and loves freedom. I practice astrology so we can all get free.

Now I know that Time is our Fate.

Space isn’t outer. It’s all happening now, all at once.

And we’ve been given the gift of astrology to understand our experiences within time, and perhaps to co-collaborate with it.
